Shipping policy
- Shipping region and delivery time
Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Italy.
Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after being placed (holidays may be postponed).
Transportation time: The logistics time varies by destination and is usually:
Within Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-20 working days (may be affected by customs) - Logistics cooperation and tracking
Carrier: We cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to ensure the reliability of transportation.
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the waybill number. You can check the real-time logistics status through the official website or the carrier’s website. - Tariffs and Taxes
Within the European Union: The order price already includes value-added tax (VAT), with no additional charges.
Non-eu regions: According to the customs policies of the destination, duties or import taxes may be incurred and shall be borne by the recipient. - Delay and Exception Handling
If your order is delayed due to out-of-stock or force majeure, we will notify you by email (simpleon@autosparecar.com) and provide solutions (such as partial shipment, exchange or refund).
In case of any logistics abnormality (such as package loss), please contact us for verification within 7 working days. - Return and exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange the goods, please ensure that the items are unused and in good packaging, and contact us within 14 days after signing for them.
