Refund / Return Policy
- Scope of policy application
The car interior customization products we sell (such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor MATS, etc.) are personal customization items and involve hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, we do not support no-reason returns or refunds. The following situations are no exception:
Customer subjective reasons (such as incorrect color/size selection, changes in personal preferences, etc.);
Unsealed, installed or used goods;
Promotional activities or discounted items. - Negotiable exceptions
If any of the following non-customer responsibility issues occur, please contact customer service (email: simpleon@autosparecar.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
The goods were severely damaged during transportation.
There are significant differences between the actual product and the description on the website (such as inconsistency in material or function);
Received the wrong item.
We will offer partial compensation or re-shipment depending on the situation, but the problematic items will be retained for verification. - Precautions
Inspection obligation: Please be sure to check the integrity of the outer packaging before signing for receipt. It is recommended to record a video as proof when opening the box.
Customized product description: Products marked “Customized” on the page do not support any form of return or exchange. Placing an order is regarded as confirming the demand. - Contact Information
